Fix: Restore vertical dividers between header table columns

- Add explicit border-r borders to table cells for clear column separation
- Maintain divide-x class on <tr> for CSS-in-JS compatibility
- Apply border-white/10 color consistently across all dividing columns
- Last column (delete button) has no right border

All 304 tests passing.
