feat(engine-core): ✨ Feat: Enable Socket.IO withCredentials and dev proxy host for CORS

Addresses issues with Socket.IO authentication and CORS in a development proxy environment by:

Enabling withCredentials: true and adding an extraHeaders placeholder for Socket.IO client.

Introducing devProxyHostFactory to correctly compute the development proxy host.

Adding the dev proxy host to CORS origins in Express.js when in a development proxy context.

Including a specific route for the Socket.IO path in the port proxy router configuration.

Updating buildClientStaticConf to use devProxyHostFactory.

Setting logLevel: debug for the proxy server.
