feat(engine-core): ✨ feat: Enhance host management and proxy configuration

Refactor etcHostFactory in src/cli/deploy.js to:

Accept an options object to control appending to /etc/hosts.

Extract hostnames from URLs, making them more robust.

Other changes include:

Add dev-cluster expose execution in src/cli/run.js.

Remove production-only trust proxy setting from src/runtime/express/Express.js.

Integrate etcHostFactory into src/server/proxy.js to automatically update /etc/hosts with router hostnames when the proxy starts.
