Commit Message

TypeScript and TSX test support (#22756)

Resolves https://github.com/pantsbuild/pants/issues/22754. TypeScript
tests were not being recognized by the `pants test` goal because
TypeScriptTestSourceField did not inherit from JSTestRuntimeSourceField,
which is required by the JavaScript test runner's field set.

This change makes TypeScriptTestSourceField inherit from both
TypeScriptSourceField and JSTestRuntimeSourceField, following the same
pattern used by JSXTestSourceField.

This fix also enables TSX tests to work, as TSXTestSourceField inherits
from TypeScriptTestSourceField.
