fix: pass configPath parameter to configExists in createDefaultConfig

The createDefaultConfig function was not passing the configPath parameter
to configExists(), causing it to check the wrong file path. This led to the
init command failing silently when run from different directories.

Fixes the integration test failure where 'dist/index.html' was not being
created because the init command was checking the default path instead of
the provided configPath.
