feat: enhance RSS feed with best-practice improvements

- Add Content module (content:encoded) for full-text RSS with complete HTML
- Add Media RSS module (media:thumbnail) with auto-extracted featured images
- Add channel-level metadata: language, managing editor, web master, copyright
- Add item-level improvements: guid with isPermaLink attribute, author info, categories
- Add config options: rssLanguage, authorName, authorEmail, webMaster, copyright
- Implement RFC 822 date formatting with proper day-of-week and GMT
- Add comprehensive RSS test suite with 11 organized test cases
- Improve discoverability with proper Atom self-link and namespace declarations

All 87 tests passing. TypeScript strict mode passes with no errors.
