docs: Update and clean documentation for v1.2.0

Update all documentation to reflect v1.2.0 features and statistics.
Remove temporary and redundant documentation files.

Changes:
- Update README.md with v1.2.0 stats (306 tests, 99.75% coverage)
- Update DOCUMENTATION_INDEX.md (10 essential docs)
- Update docs/CLI_GUIDE.md (29 patterns, v1.2.0 patterns section)
- Update examples/README.md (14 examples)
- Remove FINAL_STATUS.md (temporary status report)
- Remove V1.2.0_RELEASE_REPORT.md (temporary release report)
- Remove NEXT_STEPS.md (v1.1.0 temporary file)
- Remove RELEASE_INSTRUCTIONS.md (v1.1.0 temporary file)
- Remove docs/README.md (redundant with DOCUMENTATION_INDEX.md)

All documentation now consistent with:
- 19 patterns (29 variants)
- 306 tests
- 99.75% coverage
- v1.2.0 features fully documented

Docs reduced from 13 to 10 essential files (-23%).
