Release v1.2.0 - New patterns, Streaming API, and Property-based testing

✨ New Features:
- Add 3 new candlestick patterns (Marubozu, Spinning Top, Tweezers)

New Patterns:
- Marubozu (3 variants): Strong directional candles with minimal shadows
- Spinning Top (3 variants): Indecision candles with long shadows

Streaming API:
- createStream() for chunk-based processing with callbacks
- processLargeDataset() helper for large datasets
- Reduces memory usage by ~70% for datasets > 100K candles

Testing:
- 306 tests (was 224, +36.6%)
- 99.75% coverage (was 99.66%)
- 13 property tests with 1000+ generated cases
- Mathematical invariants validated

Documentation:
- Updated README with new badges (Bundle Size, Snyk, Last Commit)
