ETT-298 addendum: fix seq/pages extraction (#270)

* ETT-298 addendum: fix seq/pages extraction
  - Add `extract_pages_from_seq` method to handle `nil` seq.
  - `HTDownload` factory changed to never return 0 pages.
* Add explicit primary key in HTDownload model since we are accessing it thru a view
* Address two Rack dependabots
 - CVE-2025-61919
 - CVE-2025-61780
* Qualify table_name for the three models that live in `ht_repository`
* `LogImporter` now considers `resource_sharing` role relevant
