refactor: unify sorting and response handling for wearables in explorer handler

- Renamed sorting function to `createUniversalSorting` to accommodate both trimmed and non-trimmed responses.
- Updated type definitions for MixedWearableResponse to streamline response handling.
- Enhanced filtering logic in `createFilters` to differentiate between trimmed and non-trimmed items.
- Improved tests to validate sorting and response structures for trimmed wearables, ensuring consistent behavior across different query parameters.
