feat: add template validation functionality (#28)

- Added validate_template() function to verify repository and subfolder
- Added check_git_available() function to verify git is installed
- Added comprehensive unit tests for all validation scenarios
- Includes validation for empty fields, invalid URLs, and various git URL formats
- Improves error handling before attempting template generation
