* feat: Allow banning/unbanning by name

* refactor: No need to check which name the banned user is being used when banned

* feat: Respond with 404 if the name owner is not found

* test: Add tests cases for name banning

* refactor: Reuse logic to ensure lambdas url with slash at the end

* refactor: Catch early errors in names component and throw them as domain errors

* refactor: Let the handlers decide if calling add/remove ban using the user address or name

* test: Enhance contexts and use scene ban manager instead of the actual queries

* test: Adapt scene bans tests to the new refactor

* fix: Avoid looking for names when no addresses are provided
