fix: resolve all remaining failing tests after async migration

- Fix PRNG debug test by creating instances before enabling debug mode
- Fix ReplayManager tests by replacing incorrect resolves.not.toThrow() patterns
- Fix RecordReplayIntegration tests with proper async patterns and timing tolerance
- All 10 previously failing tests now pass (873 pass, 0 fail)

Changes:
- PRNG test: avoid constructor reset() logs interfering with debug output count
- ReplayManager tests: use direct await calls instead of expect wrappers
- Integration tests: reduce timing precision and add proper await calls
