fix: Resolve dependency duplication and finalize build (#50)

This commit implements the definitive fix for the `useRef` runtime error by addressing dependency duplication issues and finalizing the build system migration.

- Corrected the root `package.json` to make `pubsub-js` a `peerDependency`, preventing the library from bundling its own copy.
- Added a `resolve.dedupe` configuration to the example's `vite.config.ts` to explicitly force a single instance of `react`, `react-dom`, and `pubsub-js`.
- Finalized the switch from `rolldown` to `tsdown` with a clean `tsdown.config.js`.
- Added a version marker to the example's HTML title for deployment verification.
