fix: Correct peer dependencies and finalize build setup (#49)

This commit addresses the root cause of the `useRef` runtime error by correcting the project's dependency structure. It also finalizes the switch from `rolldown` to `tsdown`.

- Moved `pubsub-js` from `dependencies` to `peerDependencies` in the root `package.json` to prevent duplicate instances in the final application build.
- Moved `pubsub-js` to `dependencies` in the example app's `package.json` to ensure it's provided correctly.
- Finalized the switch to `tsdown` with a dedicated `tsdown.config.js` file.
- Enabled sourcemaps for the example application to aid debugging.
- Added a version marker to the example's HTML title for deployment verification.
