[#11][#6] Delete cascade on customer deletion

- Test successful customer deletion
- Test deletion with cascade (verifies messages are also deleted)
- Test deletion of non-existent customer (404 error)
- Test unauthorized deletion (403 error)
- Test deletion by non-admin users (403 error)
- Updated authentication test to include DELETE endpoint

*All 41 customer-related tests pass successfully, confirming that:*
- Customer deletion works correctly
- Messages are properly cascaded and deleted
- Authentication and authorization work as expected
- Existing functionality remains intact
