* [#11] Message Template for Init Conversation

The tests cover:

1. Success case - Tests successful template message sending with proper parameters
2. Error handling - Tests Twilio API errors are properly caught and re-raised
3. Custom WhatsApp number - Tests using a custom Twilio WhatsApp number
4. Multiple variables - Tests template messages with multiple content variables

All 16 tests pass, including the 4 new tests for the send_template_message method. The mocks properly simulate
the Twilio API behavior and verify that the correct parameters are passed to the Twilio client.
