Deprecate `Jido.Runner` - defaulting to running one action at a time (#77)

* Refactor Jido agent execution model and remove runner modules

- Deprecated the `Jido.Runner.Simple` and `Jido.Runner.Chain` modules, transitioning to built-in execution logic for agents.
- Updated documentation to reflect changes in execution strategies, including renaming references from "runner" to "agent execution."
- Adjusted code and tests to remove runner dependencies, ensuring agents now handle instruction execution directly.
- Enhanced the changelog to document breaking changes and updates related to the new execution model.

* Fix test assertions and clean up comments in agent command tests

- Removed redundant `apply_state` parameter in `UserAgent.cmd` test.
- Cleaned up comments in `agent_cmd_test.exs` to remove trailing spaces for consistency.
- Ensured clarity in test assertions regarding instruction execution results.

These changes enhance the readability and maintainability of the test suite.
