fix: use tee -a for line append operation to resolve sudo permission issue (#322)

The line append operation with sudo was failing with 'Permission denied'
because shell redirection (>>) doesn't inherit sudo privileges. Changed
to use 'tee -a' which properly handles file writing with sudo.

Fixes #321
