test: improve auth test coverage for handleLogout and validateSession

- add comprehensive tests for handleLogout covering session invalidation, cookie clearing, and redirects
- add tests for validateSession covering valid, invalid, and expired sessions
- verify HTTPS cookie handling in logout scenarios
- test session expiration and cleanup behavior
- coverage increased from 85.1% to 89.0% in web package
