web: drop jsdoc npm dependency (#2675)

No used from long ago. Even typedoc was drop back in July, check
https://github.com/agama-project/agama/pull/2588 or commit 8b451010610a.

Dropping it also removes
[markdown-it](https://github.com/markdown-it/markdown-it) (check
package-lock.json changes), which solves the CVE-2025-7969 vulnerability
stated at https://bugzilla.suse.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1248470 (protected
link)
