feat(web): implement smooth sorting with HTMX OOB updates

- replace jarring full-page refresh with seamless out-of-band updates
- sort button now updates smoothly without page flicker
- combine duration and date/time display on single line with parentheses format
- enhance time display: '5s (Aug 23, 00:15)' instead of separate lines
- maintain all three sort modes: original order, last run, next run
- add comprehensive test assertions with detailed error messages
