feat: add job sorting functionality to web UI

- Add three sort modes: default (crontab order), last run, next run
- Implement SortIndex field to preserve original crontab order
- Add single toggle button with text labels for sort selection
- Use modern pill-shaped button design with smooth transitions
- Persist sort preference in cookies
- Fix view mode toggle to use full page refresh for consistency
- Add comprehensive tests for sorting functionality
- Update .gitignore for log and test files
