[!] add support for PostgreSQL v18 (#903)

* bump Postgres to v18 in compose images
* add `total_XXX_time` columns to `table_stats` metric
* add `read_bytes`, `write_bytes`, and `extend_bytes` to `stat_io` metric
* use `pg_stat_io` for `wal_stats` metric
* use `pg_ls_archive_statusdir()` in `archiver_pending_count` metric
* add `num_done`and `slru_written` columns to `checkpointer` metric
* add `parallel_workers_to_launch` and `parallel_workers_launched` columns to `db_stats` metric
