feat: add secure password input and improve secrets handling

- Add secure terminal password prompting when --secrets.key not provided
- Use golang.org/x/term for secure input without echo
- Support both interactive and piped input for automation
- Add masking for manually entered encryption keys in logs
- Simplify logger initialization in spot-secrets command
- Update documentation with security best practices
- Fix examples to use secret key names instead of hardcoded passwords
