feat: add sudo password support via secrets

- Add sudo_password field to CmdOptions for specifying secret key
- Implement secure password piping using printf | sudo -S pattern
- Add proper shell escaping to prevent injection vulnerabilities
- Ensure consistent sudo handling across all command types
- Add comprehensive tests including edge cases with special characters
- Update documentation with security considerations
- Update JSON schema to include new fields
