grouped wizard within a full-screen modal, consolidate form layouts
across the app, replace the confirmation modal API, and enforce max
length on token names

- Replace legacy ConfirmationModal with a streamlined ConfirmationDialog
component and updated trigger API
- Consolidate asset-designer form options into a shared schema and
introduce AssetSpecificDetails components for bond and fund
configuration
- Enforce a maximum token name length in the creation schema and
truncate base names in test fixtures
- Remove the standalone asset-designer route in favor of embedding the
wizard within a modal

Tests:
- Adjust token read and search specs to remove name-suffix assertions
based on random UUID

Chores:
- Add @types/lodash and use lodash.capitalize for formatting message
titles
- Clean up generated routeTree entries for the removed asset-designer
route
