fix: update deposit test (#3189)

## Summary by Sourcery

Refactor asset creation flows and update deposit validation tests to use
generic page methods, extend support for deposit asset type in UI tests,
and adjust test data and Playwright config accordingly.

New Features:
- Introduce 'deposit-tests' suite in Playwright UI configuration
- Add fillDepositFields helper and generic selectAssetType support for
multiple asset classes
- Add new validation checks in deposit creation tests for symbol length,
negative/large decimals, ISIN variations, and country field

Enhancements:
- Refactor CreateAssetForm to use a unified fillAssetFields method for
stablecoin and deposit assets
- Generalize selectAssetType and reviewAndDeploy to handle different
asset types via a configuration map
- Update OnboardingPage selectors and flows to match revised headings
and button labels throughout the onboarding process

Build:
- Extend PlaywrightTestConfig with a dedicated deposit-tests project

Tests:
- Revamp deposit creation validation tests to use depositData fixtures
and assert next-button disabled state on invalid inputs
- Skip and rename outdated test cases to align with new validation
behavior

Chores:
- Update depositData fixture: generateValidISIN, adjust decimals, add
country field, remove obsolete properties
- Extend onboardingTestData.selectedAssetTypes to include 'Deposits'
