IGVF-2907 Use preferred assay titles on home-page chart (#867)

* Change from `AssayTitlesSummary` search config to `PreferredAssayTitleSummary`. This relies on IGVF-2938.
* Reduce the maximum length of the `preferred_assay_titles` text before truncating. Temporarily direct the demo to use the https://igvfd-igvf-2938-preferred-assay-titles.demo.igvf.org/ igvfd demo.
* Update Jest test for new home-page chart query.
* Change links for the home-page chart bars for `preferred_assay_titles`.
* Update Jest tests for new home-page queries.
* Temporarily use the igvfd IGVF-2938-preferred-assay-titles branch for the back end for the CircleCI Cypress test.
* Revert temporary changes to the CircleCI Cypress config and the cdk config.
* Alter the home-page Cypress test for the new data.
