Fix sound playback by removing problematic multi-user reconnection logic

The multi-user reconnection logic was causing a 2.5-second delay and disconnection
before each sound play, preventing sounds from playing. Removed this unnecessary
reconnection as the bot maintains a stable connection to the voice channel.
