Fix Discord audio bug in multi-user voice channels (#22)

* Fix Discord audio bug in multi-user voice channels

- Add multi-user detection before playing sounds
- Force voice reconnection when >1 users detected in channel
- Use longer connection wait times for multi-user stability
- Preserve existing behavior for single-user scenarios

Fixes #21: Audio only plays when bot is alone in channel

* Fix code quality issues: remove trailing whitespace, fix alias ordering, refactor nested function depth

* Fix CI workflow: only run build-and-push on main branch

- Add condition to build-and-push job to only run on pushes to main
- Remove redundant pull_request check since job won't run on PRs
- Test job still runs on both PRs and main pushes
