Update RavenpyModels to add support for distributed models. (#339)

### What kind of change does this PR introduce?

* Adds support for distributed hydrological models in RavenpyModel.
* Re-adds the possibility to provide `qobs`, but as an optional entry.
Currently, this is only used for the `output_subbasins` argument.

### Does this PR introduce a breaking change?

- The output has been slightly changed. `basin_name` is now renamed to
`subbasin_id`.
