IGVF-2807 Display file-page workflow tables and file-table workflows (#860)

* AnalysisStepVersion object page shows `analysis_step.title` in the Analysis Step summary panel label. Remove `workflow` from `AnalysisStepObject` type.
* Update `<AnalysisSetFileTable>` to display `workflows` column instead of `workflow`. Make it non-sortable because `workflows` is an array. Change `requestFiles()` to retrieve `workflows` instead of `workflow`.
* Update to last commit to have `requestFiles` also request `workflows.uniform_pipeline`.
* Display the workflows as a vertical list of linked workflow object names. Add a uniformly-processed icon after each if applicable. Add abbreviated status badges to the `<PillBadge>` component.
* Remove stray `workflow` property from analysis-set list renderer.
* The Workflows table now has a Uniform Pipeline column. The Workflows column of the analysis-set file table now hides the Workflows column if no files in the table have a workflow.
* Add `workflow_version` to the title of workflow object pages. Add a new component to display a version number in a standardized form. Have the schema pages use this component.
* Add version number to list-view card titles.
* File tables now show the workflow titles with their version number between the workflow name and the uniform pipeline abbreviated status. Deleted `<AnalysisStepFileTable>` because it has become exactly like `<FileTable>`.
* Add workflow tables to all file object pages.
* Show a non-styled text string for a workflow name and version number for the browser tab title, avoiding the [object Object] tab title I had before. Convert site-title.js and page-preamble.js to Typescript.
* Allow the list of workflows in the Workflows column of a file table to collapse if it has too many items to display initially. Update CollapseControl to have a default maximum number of items before collapsing.
