refactor: replace testableGoogle with HTTP mocking for consistency

- refactor Google provider tests to use HTTP mocking like OpenAI/Anthropic
- remove testableGoogle struct that duplicated production logic
- add comprehensive tests maintaining 95.5% coverage
- fix linting issues with require in HTTP handlers
- ensure all providers use consistent testing approach
