Fix agama config edit with a remote --host option (#2633)

## Problem

- #2628 `agama config edit` does not work with remote `--host`

The loading and storing parts are in fact fine but the built-in
validation step did not work remotely

## Solution

For validation, send the edited config as full text, instead of as file
name.
