feat(string): Add missing View methods for API consistency

- Add View::strip_prefix() and View::strip_suffix() methods
- Add View::to_array() and View::to_bytes() methods
- Add missing String::strip_prefix() method
- Improve View::to_bytes() to work directly with view range
- Update method documentation with better examples
- Regenerate string.mbti with new method signatures

This achieves full API symmetry between String and StringView types,
allowing developers to use the same operations on both types without
losing functionality when working with string views.
