fix(web): reduce excessive gaps between extensions on large screen resolutions (#2591)

## Problem

Excessive gaps were detected on the registration page when rendering
extensions. Check https://github.com/agama-project/agama/issues/2590

## Solution

The issue was caused by a misplaced Stack component that was wrapping
each extension individually instead of the entire list. It was fixed by

  * Moving the wrapper to the correct parent component.
* Replacing Stack with Flex to use slightly larger spacing between
extensions.

Additionally, following improvements were included as part of this PR:

* Added a divider between the product registration info and the list of
extensions.
  * Fixed heading levels for better accessibility and structure.
  * Nested the extensions within their section.
