add repository to nf config models (#4515)(patch)

## Description

To be merged at the same time as https://github.com/Clinical-Genomics/servers/pull/1671

The fields `repository` and `pre-run-script` are necessary for Nextflow pipelines in the pipeline integration flow to generate a request to the TowerAPI. This PR adds these fields to the pipeline config models in the cg config.

### Added

- Mandatory field `repository` for Nallo, Taxprofiler and Tomte
- Optional field `pre-run-script` initialised as empty str for Nallo, Taxprofiler and Tomte

### Changed

- Updated fixtures
