fix: remove unnecessary error sanitization in CLI tool

Remove SanitizeError function that was hiding actual API error details from users.
This is a CLI tool where users need to see full error messages for debugging.
The error redaction was unnecessary security theater that made troubleshooting harder.

- Remove SanitizeError function from provider package
- Update all providers to return original API errors
- Update tests to expect actual error messages instead of redacted ones
