perf: fix handling of unsupported force_view_types arrow options

Recently, the Arrow stream API (available only in EE) was updated:
now, enabling `force_view_types` in case it isn't supported raises
an ER_UNSUPPORTED error. Let's fix the perf test to handle it
gracefully instead of checking the schema.

Follow-up tarantool/tarantool-ee#1370
