* Add notetiles to the liveboard created by MCP

* Make notetile larger in width and shorter in height

* Add the notetile format in create liveboard prompt

- This allows the MCP client to create the notetile
  on its own and design it however it wants

* Enhance the prompt for creating notetile

* remove unnecessary types added

* check tml for null before
