Add reprobe button (#2565)

## Problem

There is no way how to reprobe storage devices when new device is
attached or activated outside of agama.

On top of that, if you skip the opportunity to provide the password for
an encrypted device, then you never have a second change.

## Solution

Add the reprobe button to the "Other options" menu.
