IGVF-2180 Make boolean facets automatic (#843)

* Change “either” boolean facet term to “any”. Add a new function to detect boolean facets, but don’t use it yet. Update Jest tests.
* Simplify the function to detect boolean facets slightly.
* If the standard terms facet determines the facet looks like a boolean facet, it renders the boolean facet terms instead. If the standard facet title detects a boolean facet, it renders the title without the term count LEDs. Update the ESLint config to do more strict checking of Javascript files.
* Add missing comment.
* Add standard-term and standard-title Jest tests for boolean facets.
* Make a variable name more consistent at Copilot’s suggestion.
