### What kind of change does this PR introduce?

* Ensure we have the appropriate units for `hurs` in the humidex
computation with an appropriate conversion. Also vapor_pressure_deficit

### Does this PR introduce a breaking change?

This will prevent wrong computations. So previous wrong computations
could be changed.
