workspaces: tweaks to performance debug logging

This commit slightly adjusts the --debug workspace performance logging which
was recently introduced in 3a4b4a4:

* Log text now describes the directory as a relative path beginning with the
  name of the working directory. In other words, if the working dir is
  /var/foo and the dir being logged is /var/foo/bar, the log message will
  refer to it as "foo/bar". This improves clarity when the directory being
  logged *is* the working directory or top of the repo, which previously would
  get logged as ".".

  Two other log messages now adopt this new convention, and many more will
  likely do so in Skeema v2, as this provides a way of clearly identifying a
  directory without potentially taking up lots of screen width for long paths.

* The "init" timer now includes time to establish a connection to the
  workspace instance, which previously was omitted from the timers.

* The "total" value now performs rounding in the same way as the individual
  timers for each stage, so the values add up properly, instead of having a
  slight discrepancy of a few ms.
