Enable About card archiving functionality

- Allow About card to be dragged to any column
- Add archive button when About card is moved to done column
- Remove archive button when About card is moved away from done column
- Handle About card archiving by removing it from the board
- Update archive button click handler to support both GitHub issues and About cards

The About card can now be managed like other cards and archived when completed.
