fix(mongoDB): Fix error 500 in asset summary DEV-624 (#5865)

### 📣 Summary
Change the daily counts query for mongodb when the user has partial
permissions due to incompatibility with documentdb

## Preview steps
1. Log in, 
2. Open the browser development tools and monitor the network tab 
3. Open an asset with recent submissions, it should load the asset the
summary tab
4. Find the request for the endpoint `.../counts/?days=7` and make sure
it returns valid data and no error code.
