Ipmi support for the Agama installer (#2490)

## Problem

https://jira.suse.com/browse/PED-12285
We were requested to signal Agama's status via IPMI

## Solution

Initial implementation for IPMI statuses. Works if ```/dev/ipmi0``` is
found in the system.


## Testing

- *Tested manually* (manual installer run together with ipmi emulator)

Run Details

1840 of 3390 branches covered (54.28%)

Branch coverage included in aggregate %.

28 of 36 new or added lines in 2 files covered. (77.78%)

1 existing line in 1 file now uncovered.

21696 of 32870 relevant lines covered (66.01%)
