chore(example): enhance module examples and documentation

Add new examples and improve logging in the Canister IoC project.

- Added a package reference for `Microsoft.Extensions.Logging.Console`.
- Removed XML documentation comments from `IMyService` and `IRegisteredInterface` for clarity.
- Introduced `Example1`, `Example2`, and `Example3` static classes in `Program.cs` to demonstrate module registration.
- Updated the `Main` method to provide a menu for selecting examples.
- Simplified logging statements in `CanisterConfiguration.cs` to log assembly names.
- Updated `README.md` with new sections for "Quick Start", "Usage Example", and detailed explanations of examples.
- Enhanced documentation on logging usage and assembly scanning for security.
- Added a "Contributing" section in `README.md` to encourage community involvement.
- Updated example output in `intro.md` to reflect new structure and logging.
