Fix copy certificates (#2480)

## Problem

When RMT is used as registration server then after accepting self-signed
certificate this certificate is not copied to the system. So after
reboot, `zypper ref` failed.


## Solution

Copy certificate and update ca symlinks same as is done in yast -
https://github.com/yast/yast-registration/blob/master/src/lib/registration/helpers.rb#L130C1-L145C8
